Such connectors are consisted of several stacked copper strips with welded contact areas. The connectors can be loaded with the same current as solid coppers having the same area. They are used to compensate the vibrations and extreme changes of length in current bus bars, transformers, and generators. They can be used to fix active connectors in current breakers.
Like the cooper connectors, they consist of several stacked Al strips with welded contact areas. The flexible layers are connected to each other by welding. The strips can be loaded with the same current as solid coppers with the same cross-section.
They consist of several 0.10mm and 0.50mm thick Cu strips with welded contact areas. The connectors are produced in several forms according to the place they are used for. The capacity of loaded current is determined by its dimensions. Because of their flexibility they are used in active parts. They can be assembled very easily.
Supple bars are insulated flat electrical conductors. They consist of several bare copper strips covered by flexible PVC. The insulating material resist to high temperature and flame. Based on their big surface it is possible to transfer high current by using components with smaller dimensions. They can be manufactured in different current capacities. Installation of them is easy in distribution boards. Thanks to be flexible they are very useful components.
Highly flexible connectors are manufactured by braided copper tapes with a single wire diameter of 0.07/0.20mm bare or tin coated with solder less pressed copper connectors in the contact areas. The advantage of the solder less high pressing-process is to reduce conduction resistance. On request, the contact areas which are assembled with solder less pressed copper connectors can be coated by tin or silver. Also they can be insulated by PVC or silicon.
It is possible to produce such braided expansion connectors in different types for different purposes. As flat, round, insulated or no insulated, and tubular connecting components, they give flexibility in the place they are used.
Copper strips are coated by silver. They are generally used for welding robots as flexible connection elements between the mobile and the rigid parts. Because of the silver coatings the conduction resistance is very low. They are resistance to high temperature and metallic corrosion. It is possible to manufacture the connectors in different dimensions.
Copper strips are coated by tin and their ends are welded. Because of being resistant to high temperature and metallic corrosion they are used in active connectors. When required, they can be insulated.
